How we use your data

sustainable art haus collects your first name, surname and email address when you sign up for our newsletter on this website. We use this information to send a monthly newsletter which contains artist stories and news from sustainable art haus.

Your name and email address is securely stored on squarespace. Squarespace is the website tool builder and email marketing provider used by sustainable art haus. Your email address is not shared with any other third parties.

The lawful basis used to process this information is consent, which you provide when you sign up for the newsletter. You are able to remove your consent at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in the newsletter or by emailing carin@sustainablearthaus.com.

We will keep your email address as long as needed to send out the newsletter. We also retain a copy of your contact details if you opt-out of receiving the newsletter as we add you to our suppression list to ensure you do not receive any future marketing communications from us.

We collect information on whether you’ve opened our monthly newsletter, whether you’ve clicked on links in the newsletter, your marketing preferences. We use this information to understand and identify which content is of most interest to subscribers.

We use Google Analytics to analyse our website traffic, to understand where website users come from, how long users stay on our website and what is the common journey on the sustainable art haus website.
